1. Digit Feedback
After each guess, the number tiles will change colour:
- Cyan (Present): The digit is somewhere in the secret code. If you guess duplicate digits, they are highlighted only as many times as they appear in the secret code.
- Grey (Absent): The digit is not in the secret code at all.
2. Adjacent Sums
The panels behind the digits check pairs of adjacent numbers (like the 1st and 2nd digit, or 2nd and 3rd digit):
- Green (Correct): The sum of those two numbers matches the sum of the same two numbers in the secret code.
- Grey (Incorrect): The sum does not match.
3. Winning
If all tiles are correct, the adjacent sums will be correct, and you win. All tiles and panels will turn green at the same time.
